Welcome to Mental Wellness

I am a clinical psychologist professionally trained to diagnose, assess, and treat mental health issues and emotional problems. I use a range of techniques, including talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based approaches and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and other therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage and overcome their difficulties.

I am Dr Nazma. I have done a master’s in clinical psychology and a research scholar of PhD Clinical and Health psychology. Having lived and grown up in Pakistan, Australia, and Europe I bring a unique cross-cultural perspective to my practice. I am fluent in English and Urdu, Punjabi, and basic Portuguese making me an accessible and understanding therapist for a diverse clientele.
